In China, since the resumption of college entrance examination in 1977, the sports college entrance examination and college entrance examination as is listed as the national college enrollment plan, cultivate a large number of excellent sports talents and workers for the state and society. Sports college entrance examination consists of two stages: the first stage is the examination, physical education test consists of 100 meters, 800 meters, standing long jump and the barbell test. The second stage is the cultural courses of higher education entrance examination in the national unity, the test is full of uncertainty, the results of tests, not only with the physical quality of the candidates, but also related to the weather, the venue and the students psychological status. Physical education examination is one of the major events of high school students have to face, their psychological endurance has become a very important factor in the success of the college entrance examination. Good to sports candidates attitude is very important, it directly relates to the sports candidates exam and exam results. So, how to guarantee the sports the sports college entrance examination before the mental health, has become one of the important research subject of sports academic.Exam anxiety as an important factor of mental health evaluation index of sports candidates received wide attention of scholars in sports psychology. Study on the practical exam candidates have the unique sports anxiety plays an important role. The sports college entrance examination students is the backbone of the future development of the field of sports, to provide a strong backing for the future development of human Chinese sports, discover their psychological problems appeared in the training and examination, make them in training less some twists and turns, the exam take some detours, is very necessary. I hope that through this study, to test students sports college entrance examination candidates psychological especially anxiety has a better understanding, find out the factors of anxiety of candidates exam anxiety research and analysis, provide some help in training and examination for this special group of College students.This paper mainly adopts the principle of random sampling, the "sports cognitive trait anxiety scale" and "exercise the state anxiety scale" two scale on the basis of reading a lot of literature, investigation of Shanxi Province in 2014 to participate in physical education candidates candidates to participate in the examination of P.E. Major Students’ test scores and two different nature of the relationship between anxiety are discussed and analyzed, at the same time issued "Questionnaire" factors affecting the physical education examination candidates exam anxiety research and analyze the influence of physical education candidates before the exam anxiety, for some rules to reveal the change of anxiety and physical education candidates before the examination, to help the candidates in the exam anxiety level adjustment and to provide help for the majority of candidates to obtain the ideal performance in the future in the exam. The main research is:1 In the physical education examination candidates cognitive state anxiety than female is higher than male students, state anxiety and somatic state anxiety is higher than male students self-confidence; all aspects of training time is more long candidates lower cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety; liberal arts students than science students, self-confidence is lower than the science students; cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety of college students higher than the previous candidates, candidates than the previous state self-confidence. In the three dimensions of state anxiety factors, training time should go to the factors of sports students have significant difference, there are differences in the part of Gender Science and culture factors.2 Physical education examination candidates in the 3 dimensions of state anxiety and test scores are high correlation, and the difference was significant, indicating the state anxiety of candidates exam results influence.3 In the six dimensions of trait anxiety, gender, female students than male students show a higher level of anxiety; in the training time, training time is more long, the lower anxiety level; in the arts and science students evaluation factors, anxiety, anxiety, competitive level of preparation for the Games in the society anxiety, anxiety play each other strength of anxiety are higher than the students of liberal arts; and in the anxiety and anxiety than the liberal arts students were injured; in the former, trait anxiety of students than the previous candidates.4 Students in the 6 dimensions of trait anxiety on test results and there is a linear relationship between the high, highly significant.5 The correlation factors of candidates to stat anxiety and trait anxiety and external factors, psychological factors, training factors, subjective factors and objective factors are higher.
