Objective: Adenoid hypertrophy is a common disease in children,it is difficult to treat. The disease is easy to repeat, long time illness will affect the physical and mental development of children,it will bring children and parents great suffering and burden. The side effects of western medicine treatment are very big,and the dependence is so strong. The risk of western medicine surgery treatment is high, and the disease is easy to repeat. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment effect is slow,it is difficult to take the medicine. Therefore,it is very practical to find a physical therapy that does not take medicine or surgery.Exercise therapy can improve human body function, strengthen the body's resistance, improve the immune system function. In this paper, compared with the drug group, observing the effect of swimming exercise on children's adenoid hypertrophy, analyzing the therapeutic mechanism of swimming exercise, which provided a theoretical reference for clinical research.Method: This experiment is based on the children's Hospital,No.1 Hospital of Jilin University and the Changchun Century City swimming club. The experiment selected 36 cases of sick children, which are selected from January to April which are received outpatient treatment in the Department of ENT.The shortest illness of the sick children was 4 months, the longest was 14 months, and the age was 6 to 8 years. The experimental preparation period is from May 2016 to June, for a period of 4 weeks, which makes the swimming level of the experimental object consistent basically. Before the experiment,36 children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the degree of sickness: drug group and swimming group. The experimental period was from November to July 2016,divided into 2 courses, for 1 to 10 weeks,11 to 20 weeks.Drug group selected the drug Montelukast Sodium Tablets, that chemical name is white three dilute receptor antagonists. The children of the drug group do not carry out specialized exercises. The children of the swimming group do not carry out other sports.Except in special cases, the sick children do not take any medicine. The treatment effect was summarized and analyzed by using Excel and SPSS 19 statistical software.Results:(1)Through the 20 weeks of the experiment, there was no significant difference between the results of the main clinical symptoms and minor symptoms in the swimming group and the drug group,so that P is more than 0.05.The results of clinical symptoms and secondary symptoms in the two groups were different significantly,so that P is less than 0.05.(2)After the experiment, there was no significant difference in the volume integral of the swimming group and the drug group,so that P is more than 0.05.The results of volume integral of adenoid in the two groups were different significantly,so that P is less than 0.05.(3)After the experiment, the proportion of neutrophils in the swimming group and the drug group were recovered to normal level. In the proportion of lymphocytes, swimming groups recovered to normal levels, while the drug group was reduced to below normal values.(4)After the experiment, the effective rate and the cure rate of the swimming group and the medicine group were all high, all of which had good therapeutic effect.(5)After the experiment, the swimming group of children's lung capacity was significantly higher than that of the drug group, with significant difference that P is less than 0.01.Conclusions: Swimming can achieve the effect of drug treatment, and there are no side effects. The long-term drug treatment will reduce the human immune system function, while the swimming exercise enhanced the body's respiratory system function. It has good therapeutic effect and intervention mechanism for children with adenoid hypertrophy.
