School-based curriculum development is an important content of elementary education curriculum,which is one of the vital measures to promote development profession for teachers.The development of ideological and political courses in many famous high schools has made abundant achievements,but in the development of school-based curriculum still exist many.Difficulties and problems in practice Especially in the teaching practice,a lot and e development of school-based curriculum.This paper discusses the necessity and importance of exploring process and methods of ideological and political for school-based curriculum in high school.Besides,it can provides the valuable experience for the development of ideological and political for school-based curriculum in ordinary high school it also can promote the development of ideological and political for school-based curriculum in ordinary high school.School-based curriculum construction is process of continuously exploring and gradually improving,as we thought political lesson rationally and continuous correction of school-based curriculum,school-based curriculum will become the unique feature and it will be a "star" in the school,become the "stage" of teacher professional development,become the "paradise" for student to develop and cultivate individuality "paradise".This article consists of four parts:The first part,a simple overview of the development of school-based curriculum in senior high school political lesson related issues,namely: the definition of related concepts,the characteristics of the development of school-based curriculum in ordinary high school political lesson and significance.First you need to clear the development of school-based curriculum related content,make clear what is the development of school-based curriculum,find out the political lesson the definition of school-based curriculum development.Then,analyses how important the development of school-based curriculum in ordinary high school political lesson,to form teaching characteristics for the school high school politics classroom.Promoting the development of students personality health;enhance the level of teachers' professional development,and become the stage for teachers to develop professional skills,become the paradise for student to develop and cultivate character.The second part,to analysis existing problems and reasons in the process of development of school-based curriculum in high school political lesson.The idea for high school ideological and political teachers' curriculum development is lagging and lack of motivation;Teachers are overburdened,school-based curriculum development under powered,they cannot share the development of school-based curriculum resources.And lack of a scientific and perfect evaluation system.Then according to the above problems existing in the development of school-based curriculum in senior high school political lesson to find the reasons and analysis of sorting out mainly the following aspects: the high school teachers lack of innovation consciousness;Teachers are so stressed and don't have enough time to develop course;Lack of practice and scientific guidance on the development of school-based curriculum;new f The evaluation system not updated and not scientific.The third part,on the basis of analysis of the high school political lesson in the process of the development of school-based curriculum on the basis of the existing problems and causes,find out the corresponding countermeasures,renewal education idea,training teachers' consciousness of curriculum development;To improve the qualities required of school-based curriculum development;To carry out the school-based curriculum development training;Perfect the evaluation system,promote students comprehensive development.In brief,under the guidance of new curriculum concept,schools in the implementation of national curriculum and local curriculum,should relate local social and economic development,combined with our traditions and advantage,the student's interests and needs,to meet the student's actual development needs,let the school teachers as the main body of specific characteristics and conditions suited to school curriculum development.Making school-based curriculum show the unique feature of ordinary high school and become "star",and become the "stage" for teachers to develop professional skills,become the "paradise" for student to develop and cultivate character.
