| In recent years,with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,China has developed into a powerful country.As the oldest sports,Track and field sports’ charm is not only derived from its long history,but also from the track and field representative of the "beyond self,dare to struggle," the spirit of humanity.Track and field has a lot of programs,the rules are complex and the referee’s job is also more,therefore,the number of referees will be more.The referee is not only the official at the sports meeting,but also the carrier of human good reputation,so people have a very good hope for the referee.In the game,the referee should take the principle of fairness,impartiality and openness to be responsible for each game,even in each group.In absorbs the domestic and foreign research present situation of this research,on the basis of reference of the referee behavior related books,and the development history of track and field referee problem behaviors were analyzed to explore,to fully understand the current situation of track and field referee and existing problems of behavior,and finally to track and field referee in the process of holding cut accurate,fair,justice,of cutting to provide necessary theoretical basis.Referees as the most authoritative on the course of cutting,its performance affects the final grade for athletes,this makes the umpire in the game is particularly important,ensure athletes are in the fair and just environment to play,play to their potential,make the athletes excellent achievements in the game.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics methods,such as track and field referee problem behaviors,hebei province as the research object.At the same time,the selection of our province professional track and field coaches and team athletes at all levels and relevant experts as the research object.By referee youth athletics championships in hebei province’s problem behavior research and the thorough investigation,on the basis of analysis of this paper discusses the present situation of track and field referee problem behavior perspective,the main problems and its influencing factors,and track and field referee problem behaviors of blueprint,conclusion and so on.Through this study,the conclusions are as follows:1,The Hebei Province Track and field referee basic situation is: the proportion of male and female referees disorders,needs to increase female referees;age distribution in young adults,the candidate reserves;international referees occupy the largest proportion of the overall judgment level is higher;but the national and international referees are underrepresented;the overall level of track and field the referee,but the team of researchers less.2,The Hebei Province Track and field referee’s discretion in behavior on the whole good,most of the track and field referee can do self-discipline in the judging process,there are some deviations less part of the track and field referee understanding of occupation moral and practical behavior.3,The track and field referee behavior mainly exists in "internal factors" and "external factors" in two aspects.The external factors mainly include three aspects: social factors,work environment factors,athletes and coaches.4,The Hebei Province Track and field referee in the cutting process,the main focus of the existence of the penalty,penalty arbitrary,late,miscarriage of justice,omission and other issues,indicating that the ability of Hebei Province Track and field referee referee needs to be strengthened.5,Track and field referee team in professional level is not uniform,can build team learning network platform,the ruling experience and track and field referee,judging ability of track and field referee,a group with three people or a group of four forms of bundled learning,learning new referee in seniority the referee’s experience,to obtain knowledge and skill in learning the old referee also bring new referee network,mutual complement and.Primary channel6,Track and field referee to improve business practice,therefore,the management department,to create more opportunities for the track and field referee practice,so as to improve the referee’s judging ability,according to the problems exist in the process of judging the behavior of referees,put forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
