Class Management Of The New Era Higher Vocational Colleges Counselors

In the twenty-first Century,the development pace of China's higher vocational education is more rapidly than ever before,and with the gradual reform of higher education,higher vocational college enrollment and enrollment increased year by year,how to carry on a better job of higher vocational college students' management,how to better maintain the stability of colleges and universities,are the keys to ensure the continuous improvement and development of higher education.However,the management of current vocational colleges still exists many deficiencies and problems,especially in the management of classes.The overall quality of students is not the same,the problem of the tense teacher-student relationship is prominent,how to take class as the foundation,through the effective classroom management measures to better manage the students in higher vocational colleges is an integral part of vocational education in the future.Based on the above backgrounds,student management in higher vocational colleges at h ome and abroad of the corresponding theoretical basis was summarized,with the correspondi ng management,and organization theory,class management the status quo of Hebei Building Materials Career Technical College was analyzed,meanwhile,the cause of the problems of ne w period counselor class management of vocational college was analyzed,and the countermea sures were explored.This thesis consisted of three parts: introduction,main body and conclusion.Introduction: This part carried on the analysis from the aspect of research background,re search significance,research status,research object and research methods,and elaborated the t heoretical and practical significance,In order to better understand the research results based o n the whole background,this part carried on the detailed analyses of the status at home and ab road,finally,the research object of this paper was defined,the research methods were refined,and the direction of writing was defined.The first part is the analysis of class management in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new era.Higher vocational colleges shoulder the historical responsibility of cultivating high-quality skilled talents for economic and social production,construction,management and service line,realize the historical responsibility and promote the sustainable development of Higher Vocational Colleges involved in all aspects of the work,the student management work is an important work of an indispensable,it directly affects the quality of training high-quality skills talent and sustainable development in the economic society the industry in the future,and the ultimate goal of student management work is the smallest unit of class on the training of personnel management.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the class management and improve the quality of management to achieve the goal of training high-quality talents.The part of the analysis from the training goal of higher vocational colleges,talent class management of higher vocational colleges,counselors in three parts,put forward the basic structure of class management in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the relevant concept and meaning respectively.In the second part,the author makes a questionnaire survey on the students of Hebei building materials Career Technical College,summarizes and analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the current class management in Higher Vocational colleges.The study found that the current Hebei building materials Career Technical College universal team lack of awareness in class management;students interpersonal skills;middle school class management cadre communication and organization ability,specific responsibilities unclear distribution;class management establish incentive system is not perfect,the corresponding measures are not in place;negative small groups and individuals the class management are intertwined,affecting the order of class management;the employment problem in the process of strong utilitarian in five aspects.In the daily work of counselors,dysfunctional,neglect of sports and health management;students work management method in inappropriate extracurricular activities;counselors despise students;students counselors to help enough;counselors on the ideological and political education management mode is single,outdated content;ignore the students' training work,do not pay enough attention to the special groups of students the class cadre selection;way too single,lack of proper teaching of Ideological and political education and training management is the shortcomings of the work of counselors.The third part of the in-depth analysis of the problem there is a new period of class management of Higher Vocational Colleges.In the first,Counselors lack of correct guidance to college students' Ideological and political qualities;Second,Counselors should attach importance to the cultivation of College Students' comprehensive quality;Third,Counselors should take class cadres as the link to form a harmonious atmosphere;Fourth,Counselors should strengthen employment guidance and help students to solve the employment problem;The last,Counselors should enhance their initiative and sense of responsibility.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the class management in Higher Vocational Colleges from the following seven aspects.First of all,Counselors should strengthen students' Ideological and moral education;Second,Counselors should attach importance to the cultivation of College Students' comprehensive quality;Third,Counselors should take class cadres as the link to form a harmonious atmosphere;Fourth,Counselors should strengthen employment guidance and help students to solve the employment problem;The last,Counselors should enhance their initiative and sense of responsibility.Conclusion: Through analyzing the present situation of higher vocational college class management in higher vocational colleges,some efforts in the management of the class were made,which had made some achievements,but still needed to continue to make more progresses.Therefore,the leaders teachers,and students of the higher vocational colleges had to work together to complete the class management in order to make it more effective for students service.
