| As an important part of pre-service training for teachers,the education process of undergraduate education plays an important role in whether students choose teachers in the future.Through the early investigation and conversation,a preliminary understanding of the current stage of physical education students on the views of teachers,as well as the individual to become a sports teacher’s wishes.Most of the researches at this stage focus on the teachers’ groups after entry,while ignoring the research on the subject of physical education teachers-physical education students.This paper focuses on the students of physical education,taking the physical education specialty students of Northeast Normal University as an example,and obtains the current research on the professional identity through the literature method,finds out the shortcomings of the research,provides the theoretical reference for this study in accordance with.The data of the PE teachers’ occupations of the four grades were surveyed and the data were collected and analyzed using spss17.0 to obtain the data and analyze the reasons.The study found:1.There are significant differences in the professional identity of the teachers of physical education in different factors(gender,grade,area,etc.).The differences in the performance of each dimension are different,but the overall degree of professional identity there is a certain degree of difference;2.Family factors(career,Sports preferences)is a major factor affecting students’ professional identity.Parents are the first teachers of their children,and they have a vital influence on their children ’s professional outlook;3.Before and after the internship,there were significant differences in the professional identity of physical education students.Education practice is the college students to enter the teacher before the training,this stage of individual students have a sense of professional identity decline,but the overall level is a rising process.Summary from the above conclusions:(1)Play the media propaganda to guide the correct public opinion;(2)Increase the system of teachers to improve the assessment system;(3)Improve the students to cultivate the curriculum to do career planning;(4)To explore their own lack of evaluation mechanism;(5)Improve their own level to improve the moral quality. |
