With the continuous development of preschool education reform,teacher-children relations have increasingly attracted extensive attention from all walks of life.As an important part of the kindergarten spirit environment,teacher-children relations affects harmonious development of children’s body and mind,also affects harmonious development of cognition and emotion.At the same time,as a potential education factors in the kindergarten,the construction of positive teacher-children relations is helpful for the preschool teachers’ professional growth and development,and is advantageous to the social quality of kindergarten education activities.As an important part of the kindergarten five areas,the kindergarten education activity in the field of society put interpersonal communication and social adaptation as the main content,the kindergarten education activity in the field of society focus on children’s emotion,attitude,experience,to cultivate complete children.Pre-school education should take up the children’s cognitive,physical and social steady and healthy development of the three main themes,help children achieve all-round development.Currently,quality education is widely promoted in the field of practical education.Thus,the kindergarten education activity in the field of society inherited the theme of the contemporary education development.However,in the real kindergarten social education practice,teacher-children relations appear not harmonious,affected the quality of the children’s social culture and quality,as well as the ascension of the kindergarten education quality.This study selected children and teachers from nine classes in the G kindergarten in Shandong province,the research is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction,mainly includes the research origin and literature review.The second chapter,namely the research design,including the research purpose,research objects,research methods,research ideas and plans to solve the key problems.The third chapter,through sorting and analysis,described the behavior and emotional characteristics of teacher-children relations in the G kindergarten social activities through the interview of preschool teachers and kindergarten social activities.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the existing problems.Analyze the reason mainly from three aspects including teachers,kindergartens,social cultural environment.The fifth chapter,build good teacher-children relations mainly from three aspects including teachers,kindergartens,social cultural environment.
