Study On The Current Situation Of Football Activities In Linyi Football Experimental Primary School

The development and revitalization of the football career is a good way to improve our national physical quality,enrich people's cultural life,promote patriotism and collectivism spirit,cultivate sports culture,develop sports industry,and achieve the dream of becoming the sports power country.Nowadays,our country face the state of poor level of football sports,shortage of high level football talent.Thereby,I think in order to attract more the teenagers to play football,we could develop the campus football and popularize football knowledge,which can widely promote the football,discover and cultivate more football talents and lay a solid foundation for the development of campus football.In this way,we can not only can put the football into the campus and daily life,but also can bring the knowledge of football to the family and friends,and therefore make more people understand football knowledge and improve our country's football culture.Through expert interviews,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis and a comprehensive and objective acquaintance of the current situation of football activities held in Linyi Football Experimental primary school,we come the conclusion as below: The configuration of in Linyi Football Experimental primary school can not meet the basic conditions to carry out the campus football activities;most gym teachers are of bachelor degree and the college student teachers are of the second portion;the campus football activities are held in various forms;football activity is not absolute factor for the change of scores;school use existing teaching resources to organize professional football teachers,set up a special football course;through the analysis of the main way of the football teaching syllabus,the main influencing factors are: lack of equipment in football teaching,the insufficiency of the football teachers,the low level of football teachers' professional titles,the insufficiency of campus activities,lack of the management of football training,the low level of referee,the low treatment of football coaches and so on.According to the situation of Linyi Football Experimental primary school,we propose some development strategies: increase the capital investment,improve the football field facilities,optimize the allocation of football teaching resources,improve the treatment for football coaches,standardize of Campus football activity plan and perfect football lessons management method.
