The cheerleading is a popular new sport with unique charm all over the world.It originated from the United States and was introduced into China by scholars after overseas investigation in the end of the 20 th century and the beginning of the 21 st century.In 2001,China aerobics artistic gymnastics association held the first cheerleading competition.In2004,the first Chinese student activity competition was added to the cheerleading competition,which continues to this day.In 2008,the gymnastics management center of the general administration of sport of China made the cheerleading competition separate from the skills and successfully held the first cheerleading championship in China.In 2014,the gymnastics management center of the general administration of sport of China and the ministry of education jointly launched the public welfare activities of "entering the campus with cheerleading" and "sending training to the grassroots",which has been developing till now.With the rapid development of cheerleading throughout the country and linyi city,the cheerleading of primary schools in linyi city is also developing rapidly.In linyi city elementary operation to carry out the status quo as the research content,in linyi city randomly selected 18 primary schools,540 students and 30 teachers as research object,through the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,the linyi city elementary school operation to carry out the present situation analysis,and find out the restriction of linyi city primary school in the development of the main factors.At the same time,the relative feasibleSuggestions are put forward to provide some theoretical basis for the development of campus cheerleading in other areas of linyi city.1.There are very few teachers specialized in cheerleading for the cheerleading coaches in urban primary schools of linyi city.Most of them are ball games,track and field or aerobics teachers.Most of the teachers have a bachelor's degree and the professional title is junior teacher.The teaching years are relatively short,the gender is mostly female,and the age is relatively young.They lack experience,have relatively few opportunities to go out to study,and do not have a deep understanding of the competition rules.2.The sports venues and facilities of linyi urban primary schools are limited.Most schools do not have fixed venues,and most of them are outdoor playgrounds.3.The training time of cheerleading in the urban primary school of linyi city is short and not concentrated,so the daily training time cannot be guaranteed.Most of the training time is pre-competition training,and the training is intermittent.4.In the development of the cheerleading movement in the urban primary school of linyi city,the students' cognition of cheerleading is not deep enough,and the most popular ones are flower ball cheerleading and street dance cheerleading.There are various forms of competition,but the selection of team members is not rigorous and scientific enough.5.The school leaders of linyi city district primary school do not pay enough attention to cheerleading,and there is a lack of publicity and promotion.There is a serious shortage of funds for cheerleading sports.
