College as an important part in the higher education system,its teaching and scientific research work has made great contribution to the output and cultivation of talents,but different levels and types of schools,their personnel training objectives and the direction of scientific research work is also different.Committed to this study based on the characteristics of college teachers’ scientific research work,combined with questionnaire and interview survey out the influence factors of college teachers’ scientific research achievements.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,College teachers of scientific research output is not ideal,and less scientific research results accounted for the majority of teachers.Second,College teachers’ title,education,gender,age,and the school factors,social factors,the importance of individual factors are affecting the teachers’ scientific research output,among college teachers’ title and degree is higher,the school factors and social factors are more likely to value,the more teachers published;College teachers’ title is higher,the social factors are more likely to value,the more the award-winning,male teachers award is higher than female teachers and teacher’s age is inversely proportional to the teacher’s award;College teachers are more likely to value the social factors and personal factors,the more involved in the project topic;The more attention the social factors are to the College teachers,the more teachers and the books.Based on the conclusion,put forward the following several policy suggestions: First,the state should increase its support for the policies and institutions of higher education;Second,the government should increase investment in research finance in higher education schools;Third,colleges and universities should provide a good scientific research environment and the development of scientific research incentives system;Fourth,college teachers should actively carry out scientific research training,provides teachers more opportunities to study;Fifth,teachers should make efforts to improve their scientific research ability.
