The Research Of Interaction Between Teachers And Students In The Perspective Of Dramaturgy

This study based on multivariate literature to master the dynamic of the interaction between teachers and students.Then this research takes the fieldwork which requires the researcher to be the research tool and choices the Primary school in J Province to be the object of observation.In the perspective of dramaturgy,this study aimed at mastering current situation of interaction between teachers and students.The study found that:(1)The stage divided into the front and the back according the definition of situation not the physical space.In general,the front mainly aim for teaching communication and management for teachers and students,while the background for the teachers to have a rest so it is public,which means the background maintain secret of drama team.(2)There are different roles in the situation of the interaction between teachers and students.The school play the role like teams and spies to main function of management and supervision.The teachers still play the role like teachers,judges,audience and childcare,and students still are fixed in the category of the role of the audience and childcare.(3)In fact,the content of the interaction between teachers and students depended on strict performances script and the teaching activities is still the representation of teaching material.(4)The most important in the interaction between teachers and students is how to maintain the definition of situation of the interaction between teachers and students,so many useful skills are adopted such as creating a ritual feeling,speaking accurate language,developing raise hands up rules,use of silence as well as the rewards and punishments even thought the teacher take measures to arrange the seats in classroom to avoid destruction of classroom discipline.In daily life,the teacher will take the measures such as observing the rules,listening and using the friendship between students.In fact,the interaction between teachers and students is in the troubles that manifest exist that teacher's role is overweight,the interaction between teachers and students is limited by the power and the loss of self.Totally,the interaction between teachers and students is controlled by education of power.Based that,what we can do is that completing the school professional division of labor,establishing perfect supervisory mechanism for interaction between teachers and students and build the diverse culture in school.
