Research On Exploitation And Utilization Of Curriculum Resource Of Rule Of Law In "Political Life" Course

Under the background of the rule of law,the "political life" curriculum which aims at cultivating students’ political participation ability is closely related to the rule of law education in the country,and the curriculum resources derived from real life are the basis and prerequisite for curriculum implementation.Therefore,the article will study the combination of development and utilization of "political life" curriculum and the rule of law education curriculum.,and explore the relevant theory and specific strategies.This paper expounds the meaning of the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of the rule of law education in the course of "political life",and discusses its specific classification through the literature research,the case analysis and the field investigation method.According to the academic characteristics and the teaching effect and the students’ rule of law literacy,the study will explore the necessity of combination of the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of the rule of law education with the course of "political life";considering the overall goal of "the rule of law",the educational philosophy of "people-oriented",the reform of the new college entrance examination and rich curriculum organization etc,the study will probe the feasibility of the combination.This paper analyzes the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of the rule of law education in the course of "political life" by means of theoretical analysis and statistical data,and analysis of the current situation,and analyzes three problems: Single form,the imbalance and unbalance on development and utilization.This paper focuses on the basic principles and concrete countermeasures that should be followed in the development and utilization of resources,human resources,informationization and practical activities.Based on this,this paper discusses the basic realization of the way of rule of law education with Rule of law curriculum in the teaching of political life and practical teachingactivities.
