A Study On The Attitude And Behavior Of Career Women's Leisure Sports In Yanbian Area

With the advent of the leisure era and the improvement of people's living standards,how to use leisure time for leisure activities has become a topic of concern.Modern career women have huge stress on life and work,what attitude they have for leisure sports and how to carry out leisure sports activities is the main concern of this article.Based on the research methods such as literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the attitude and behavior of career women' s leisure sports in different ethnic groups,different ages,different educational levels,different income and different marital status in Yanbian area,This paper aims to understand the realistic situation of the career women,s leisure sports in Yanbian area,the difference between the leisure sports attitude and the sports behavior of the career women under the different social demographic characteristics,and study the differences between the leisure sports attitude and the behavioral characteristics of the career women under the social demographic characteristics.Sports attitude and leisure sports behavior characteristics of the relationship,and put forward targeted recommendations for the parties to provide a basis for decision-making and reference.The results show that:career women are more popular jogging,walking,mountaineering and other leisure sports activities;different ethnic groups,different ages,different qualifications,different income of career women in the importance of leisure sports are different;different age groups to participate in leisure sports frequency There are differences in the time of participation in leisure sports;in the three elements of the attitude,the emotional elements and behavioral intention elements more relevant.The results show that the attitude can not predict the behavior completely.In the three elements of the attitude,the emotional elements can predict the elements of behavioral intention.The older people pay more attention to leisure sports.Convenience is an important factor influencing the participation of leisure sports.Motivations show diversification,advocating slow pace,light life,close to nature become a big trend;Chao and Han in the leisure sports behavior on the way the difference is small,there are still differences in the concept of cognition;leisure sports is not the mainstream of the career female leisure.This study puts forward the following suggestions:actively advocate leisure sports,cultivate interest is more important than to strengthen cognitive propaganda;sports authorities play their functions;the government should take into account,while paying attention to market demand and characteristics,targeted;To found sports service system,to create a good leisure sports environment.
