Practice teaching play an important role in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,in order to promote to achieve the goals of Beijing sport university professional talent training,improving the quality of talent cultivation has a realistic significance.This study in Beijing sport university undergraduate practical teaching system as the research object,using literature data collection,expert interview,questionnaire investigation,case analysis and other research methods,build out of the Beijing sports university undergraduate practical teaching system,as a case study of human movement science,according to the content of the system build empirical investigation of the present condition of the technical practice teaching,compares them with the Shanghai sports institute analysis.The main conclusions are as follows: 1.Beijing sports university undergraduate course practice teaching system should be made of the goal,courses,management,teacher training of practice teaching,practice teaching condition and the practice of teaching evaluation index of six class.2.The specific content of Beijing sports university undergraduate course practice teaching system including professional ability,professional ability,social ability,professional quality;Classroom practice,extracurricular practice,practice teaching curriculum structure;The practice teaching management institution,the practice teaching management system,practice teaching quality monitoring;The practice teaching of teachers structure,practical business ability,practice teacher training;Practice teaching base,practice teaching material construction,funds safeguard;Practice teaching effect assessment.3.The Beijing sports university practice teaching exists the following advantages: higher degree of attention to the practice teaching;Experiment curriculum more comprehensive and higher total hours;Full of young teachers,and teachers higher education.Has the following disadvantages: experiment course proportion is low,the lack of independent experimental curriculum of compulsory,pertinence and practicability.Associate professor and full-time experimental teachers team and double proportion is low.4.At present Beijing sports university undergraduate practical teaching system is not perfect,the lack of practice teaching goals,teaching practice curriculum lack of professional training,the experiment course type is given priority to with demonstration and theory,the lack of pertinence,applied experiments,difficult to stimulate students interest in learning.Double full-time teachers and experimental teachers team is weak. |
