With the development of modern society,people become more and more aware of the common existence of personality differences.The new round of curriculum reform also began to attach importance to students' individuality development,focusing on cultivating students' ability to analyze and solve problems.The design of personalized assignments in high school physics is based on the curriculum standard designed for the students' individual differences,personality traits,cognitive law,and the level of flexibility.Moreover,it also explores the practical form of work,which is a beneficial supplement to the traditional form of work.In order to meet the needs of the development of the talents,it is of great practical significance to discuss the design strategy and implementation strategy of the physics personalized homework.Firstly,this paper expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,and then analyzes the research actuality at home and abroad,and interprets the relevant theories of individuation operation.By analyzing the present situation,questionnaire and interview results,the paper summarizes the design of physics homework in high school.It focuses on the knowledge of textbook neglecting to cultivate students' abilities,paying insufficient attention to individual differences of students and lacking grasping cognitive laws and recent development areas,which leads to the widespread existence of the work content unification,single operation form,lack of inquiry and so on.The design of individualized physical assignment in high school is based on the combination of respecting students' individual differences,complying with the students' cognitive law and focusing on the cultivation of students'learning knowledge and abilities.From the aspects of job content,operation form,and practical inquiry,it puts forward some specific individualized assignment design tactics of high school physics,and carries on the practice application and effect analysis.The practice proves that taking personalized homework as beneficial supplement of the traditional form in high school physics teaching can effectively mobilize students enthusiasm for learning,cultivate students' scientific spirit,explore the potential of students and improve students' comprehensive quality.
