The Economical Effect Of Aging Of Population In Yanbian

Aging is a trend of the development of world population.With the advance of medical technique and the increasing awareness of health,life span is getting longer,death rate is decreasing.Therefore,our society gradually becomes an aging society.Aging problem of a country or region causes decrease or lack of social labor.Meanwhile,it brings a negative effect on local economy.Jilin Province Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is the biggest Chinese Korean society,with 2,200,000 population,closing to Korea,Japan and Russia.Due to the specialty of geographic environment and social culture,lots of labor goes outside,especially Korea because of the language advantage.According to the reference,Chinese Korean in Korea are up to more than 500,000 in 2014,and most of them are young adults.On the other hand,the remnant labor in Yanbian is remarkably decreasing,and workers tend to be senile.The birth rate in Yanbian is lower than the average,which influences the enhancement of labor force.Aging problem because of geographic environment and cultural specialty is getting more serious.To solve disadvantages of aging problem,the governments in Yanbian state and Jilin province need to put emphasis on this region and offer political more supports.Although social system,economics,etc.in Japan have lots of differences from China,the changes confronting in two countries are similar.Last century in 70s,Japan has showed aging problem,and the phenomenon has become worse.Japan has more experience on mitigating or solving the situation.Author had lived and studied in Chilba,Japan for a long time,researching and being familiar with aging problem and the political policies and solutions in Chilba.Therefore,author is trying to make use of some experiences of Japan,so that can provide with certain social and economic policies and methods to relieve aging situations in Yanbian minority area.
