Short Track Speed Skating In Jilin Province Athletics Project Sustainable Development Strategy Research

Short track speed skating is one of the important projects to seize gold medal at the winter Olympic Games in China.Jilin province has incorporated it into the majorprojects of the provincial sports development project.With strong strength,Jilin has become the key province to develop it among provinces and produced many excellent players for the national professional short track speed skating team each year.The state general administration of sports granted Jilin province of Talent Training Base of Short Track Speed Skating Project.However,China’s social transformation of architecture in the development of era has brought the rise of fun sports.People’s interest of short tract speed has been decreasing.Especially because athletes training and conflict of culture study in competitive sports have the characteristics of high risk,high cost,less income,which let many parents do not support children for short track speed skating projects.This phenomenon has seriously hindered the development of the project,which postpones its sustainable development.Based on the short track speed skating competition project of Jilin province,the thesis uses the methods of literature,visiting experts,questionnaire method,logic method,which takes the experienced coaches,managers,athletes and athletes parents in Jilin as the main research object.The balance of regional development of Jilin province,status of short track speed skating team athletes in Jilin province,the situation of the coach team,the situation of fund’s investment,the balanced development for the short track speed skating project,situation of material supply security,the department to charge of the leadership of team management,the situation of establishing scientific management and competition,athletes training situation,parents support,and so on have been analyzed in this thesis.The main reasons of restricting its sports development has been carried on the thorough research.The results show that the cultural level of short track speed skating coaches has become the most important factors to hinder the growth of athletes.And the level of coaches’ scientific research low,which lead them not to complete the written form for the existing problems.The distribution of short track speed skating athletes and coaches is unbalanced.And coaches only get the insufficient system of selecting athletes and short-term plan.Insufficient funds investment is also the factor,so expensive price of equipment has very seriously restricted the development of short track speed skating movement.This system has not been able to adapt to the development of the society,so we should adjust and establish a new training mode as soon as possible.The thesis proposes that we should increase audience of the project’s scope in Jilin province,plan the related projects and expand the star power to arouse the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in short track speed skating program.To improve the professional quality and experience of the coaches,we should increase the chances for coaches to go out a lot to learn and hire the foreign coaches to discuss about it.Encouraging coaches to study one aspect of the training game could improve the scientific level of training.We also should improve the treatment of coaches,strengthen job training,set up scientific combination of selection and scientific training,pay attention to the culture education and personality cultivation of athletes,put scientific research and sports training together closely,which can help to realize the sustainable development of China’s short track speed skating career.
