The Research On The Legal System Of The Urban-rural Coordination Medical Insurance In Jiangsu Province

The construction and improvement of the urban-rural coordination medical insurance legal system is an important part of the urban and rural medical insurance system.The difficulties and causes of the development of Jiangsu province in the the urban-rural coordination medical insurance legal system,some of which are specific,while others are common.The research on the urban-rural coordination medical insurance legal system in Jiangsu province can promote its own improvement,and even can play a certain role in promoting the construction and improvement of the national urban-rural coordination medical insurance legal system.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the legal system of urban-rural coordination medical insurance in Jiangsu province.The first part of this paper is the theoretical analysis,the definition of related concepts,and introduces the theoretical basis.The second part is the analysis of the problems and reasons,through the analysis of the existing legal system of the urban-rural coordination medical insurance in Jiangsu Province,and summarizes the problems and analyzes the reasons.The third part is comparative analysis,comparative study of typical cases in our country,from which we can draw lessons from.The fourth part is the overall ideas and suggestions for improvement.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward the overall ideas and some concrete suggestions for the improvement of the legal system of urban-rural coordination medical insurance in Jiangsu province,hoping to help improve it.
