| Along with the constant expansion of graduate students,the number of Chinese graduate students has been increasing in recent year.As the country promotes to“advance the development of high education with the quality as its score”,graduate students are facing new pressure and challenges in academy and employment.The thesis attempts to make analysis on why some graduate students are experiencing academic study burnout and how to ease their fatigue.The paper aims to help solve graduate students psychological problems,increase the teaching quality and help them realize their self and social values.More importantly,the paper hopes to contribute to the effective allocation of education resources and the whole society’s economic development.Based on analysis of philosopher,psychology and management material,the author conducted questionnaire research.By making analysis of different variation of factors that lead to the burnout,the paper made the following conclusion:a)There are there levels of showing student’s burnout in academic study: malpractice,depress,low sense of achievement b)The level of burnout varies in sexes,ages,and majors c)Negative factors including boring curriculum setting,absurd textbooks and pressure such as bad job market,feeling lonely could also affect their feeling of burnout. |
