The common existence of poor students in middle school is a fundamental problem for the school and teachers.The existence of numerous poor students affects the high efficiency in classroom directly;even affects the examination pass rate and the enrollment ratio of the senior high school entrance examination.Due to falling behind in math the poor students,would be weak in other disciplines,and become a multidisciplinary poor student,moreover they maybe generate some unhealthy behaviors such as weariness,truancy,and so on.Therefore,how to effectively convert mathematical poor student is a problems needed to be solved urgently in middle school.In this paper,asing the questionnaire investigation we survey the learning state,analysis the characteristics and obtain reason of poor student.Through reading lots of relative materials,understanding the predecessors' research results.we determine the research content and use micro class on poor student,and obtain the study case.Two students are selected as subjects.We provide them with suitable individual learning lesson video through after-school review guide.We track their study status and effect in class to observe their various changes in mathematical ability.Through experimental study,we show the numerous characteristic of micro class such as the short teaching time,the independent teaching content,simple recording broadcast,viewing fragmentation etc.The two students have great progress in learning interest,understanding ability,problem solving ability and thinking ability,we induce the feasibility resalt by using micro lessons to improve the poor student.
