In the last few years,many scholars have presented their opinions like boys inferior to girls,boys weakness and boys in the crisis. Specially in a book called <Save Boys>,it is clearly presented that boys from 0 to 18 are in the crisis of studies,psychology,constitution and society.I did a survey among students Junior 3 in 4 rural middle schools in Guanghan,Sichuan Province to find out whether it is the phenomenon of ‘male than female’.The results show that,boys have lower scores than girls and the gap between them is great,in the certain grade(Grade 3),in the certain area(rural middle schools in Guanhan) as for chemistry.After further studying,I found that boys have problems in basic knowledge and skill,non-intelligence factors.They seem to ignore studies.This paper presents corresponding strategies to transform male under-achieves into good learners in chemistry form students, teachers, parents, schools and society and focus on talking about their own reasons and corresponding transformation strategies.I’m looking forward to the boy have a bigger development space in the future.In this paper,I discuss poor student by sex and male poor student in the case of specific subjects.This kind of discussion method is creative.I hope to help future related research.
