At present,the national basic education curriculum reform is being carried out in full swing.But our classroom teaching remains a common problem: subject to the traditional examination oriented education system,many teachers ignore the individual differences of students in teaching,at the same pace,a "one size fits all in teaching".This traditional teaching method has been increasingly unable to meet the needs of different students and the needs of society for innovative talents.At the same time "with the traditional teaching content,with the schedule,with the target,the same evaluation",two teachers do not pay attention to the needs of the students,especially the students do not get enough help,resulting in more serious polarization.Therefore,it is imperative to implement flexible teaching mode,so that it will not inhibit the development of eugenics,and will not give up learning difficulties.Therefore,this paper will study the flexible teaching method suitable for junior high school mathematics,so as to stimulate students' interest in mathematics learning,improve their mathematics achievement,cultivate students' creative thinking,and improve their creativity.This paper first reviews the research background,focuses on the research background,research value,research status at home and abroad.This paper discusses the connotation,characteristics,theoretical basis,implementation principles and advantages of flexible teaching mode.Then,the author focuses on the concrete construction mode of the flexible teaching method in the class: in the classroom teaching,the teachers should consider the students' intelligence,attitude,ability,emotion and so on.Develop flexible teaching objectives,design teaching content,control the progress of teaching,change teaching methods.The establishment of flexible evaluation program,both in accordance with the requirements of the syllabus for the general students to master the basic knowledge,but also to enable students to further development.In addition,to fully consider the characteristics of different levels of students,carry out appropriate classroom discussions,and other forms of extracurricular activities,so as to strengthen the classroom knowledge,improve students' learning initiative and enhance the ability of knowledge application,and ultimately enable every student to obtain the maximum development.Followed by the experimental research,through the questionnaire in the experimental class,implement flexible teaching method according to explore,in the control class in the traditional teaching mode of teaching,and strictly control variables,statistical analysis before and after the test data and test results show that the elastic teaching method is suitable for junior mathematics teaching,both for students and the teachers the teaching method is worth popularizing.Finally,the paper summarizes the research,points out the advantages and disadvantages of the flexible teaching method in junior high school mathematics,and points out the deficiency of the research process,and makes a prospect for the following research.The innovation of this paper: try to extract from the teaching practice of junior middle school mathematics knowledge section of the mind map,from the formation of recitation teaching mode,elastic connotation and structure of the three level,and the teachers' teaching and students' learning and other aspects of the construction of junior middle school mathematics review class flexible teaching model,lay the foundation for junior middle school the final stage of the senior high school entrance examination review.
