Life emotion is a part of the rich emotions that people possess,the emotion comes from the existence of life,and the experience and feelings during the whole life practice.Human life is the basis of human’s life emotion,but their own lives and all other life also play the role of practice object,and ultimately guiding their knowledge of human life and their life behavior.In modern society,life problem of adolescent frequently happens,the main reason must be the lack of individual internal life emotions.In order to restore the precious life of these young lives,in the process of social development we need to pay close attention to the guidance and education of the life emotion of young people.It is related to the improvement of the next generation’s overall quality of life who will continue our socialism cause.On the basis of realizing the importance and necessary of the education of adolescent’s life emotion,we firstly summarize the basic feature of them,concluding positive and negative aspects.And then make a comprehensive analysis of the factors that may affect the formation and change of their life emotion,such as their schools,families and their social relationships,exploring how these factors influences their life emotion.Then we puts forward a series of target,contents,principles and ways of life emotion education.The series of our targets were arranged basic at first and gradually become higher and complex.On the basic of these targets,we can determine the corresponding content,helping their life emotion become rich.At last,in order to guide the education of adolescent’s life emotion and receive good result,we must obey some principles.The targets,content and principles which we put forward are all the serving for the practice of our education.But they only can play their real role through corresponding ways and measures.So we start from the improvement of individual knowledge,practice experience,the team of teachers and their lives in various environment and so on to achieve the target of their emotional guidance.
