The Research On The Problem Of The College Graduatesemployment And Countermeasures In Jinzhou City

The College graduates employment has become an important part of the society,which is related to strategy of state talents and harmonious development.The rate of the college graduates employment has become an important indicator of measuring the national cultural development level.But the employment difficulty of the college graduates is more obvious in the local college.Jinzhou is a middle-sized city in Liaoning Province,which located in the center of the western of Liaoning Province.And it is on the head of education and scientific research,which has 8 colleges(including 3 regular colleges,4 junior colleges and 1 military school).But it is poor with the economic development,and lack of the material resources.As a coastal city,all these disadvantages make the flowing out of the talents,especially the young college graduates.This article,which focuses on the situation of the college graduates,applies the literature research,sampling survey and questionnaires,related to the local facts,summarized the four aspects which make the problem of the difficulty employment of Jinzhou college graduates.Those are: Market supply and demand contradiction,the chaos of the employment order,the mismatching of the college supply and society demand and the lack of the specific talents.This article also analyzed in the following aspects: the government,college,graduates and job-hunting environment.And it gives four solution for this subject: to make full use of the government’s macro-control,to improve the service for the college graduates,to guide the graduate converting the concept to employment and to optimize the employment environment.
