The problem is that left-behind children in rural economic and social development issues in the stage,is a profound reflection of the uneven development of urban and rural areas,inequality public services,inadequate social security and other issues.At present,the left-behind children in rural China has reached 61 million,accounting for 37.7%of the rural children.In February 2016,the State Council issued "on the strengthening of rural children left behind to protect Care Work" in the current issue of rural children left behind grim state of children left behind in rural areas need more attention.Mainly rural children left behind lack of concern and love,meet psychological disorders,lack of education,security and other issues,which is the lack of attention and love in rural children left behind the most concern,it is the root cause of a host of other problems.This paper attempts to take shicheng F township middle school in jiangxi province,for example,the use of non-structured interviews,participant observation,data analysis,etc.,to expand social services for rural children left behind interventional studies.This paper introduces the basic situation and status of service F Township Middle School in rural children left behind,left-behind children in rural areas to understand the situation of their parents as migrant workers,guardians,the parents' education level,communication with parents and frequency,to find out the emotional support of rural children left behind sources and deletion,emotional support and explain the problems caused by lack of easy,highlighting the conditions and the need for social intervention.Through interviews to understand the needs and psychological situation of rural children left behind in F Township Middle School,according to the specific circumstances of the design of social work services,and for casework on this basis,group work,community work involvement of rural children left behind service detail,showing the process and the role of rural left-behind children social service intervention.In this paper,the social workers involved in emotional support of children left behind in rural areas are summarized and reflection.First of all,I have try to analyze the necessity and advantage of social work intervention in the services of rural children left behind;Secondly,on the advantages and limitations of three social work intervention methods are summarized that rural children left behind emotional support intervention,casework should,group work and community work to combine when intervention on rural left-behind children emotional support;Thirdly,the difficulties of social intervention services in the rural left-behind children in rural areas were made to analyze and summarize;Finally,we have some discussion about the form of emotional support for the rural children left behind that social workers could find out and noted there is the ideal and realistic difficulties when social workers involved in emotional support of children left behind in rural areas,and then put forward to improve the rural children left behind emotional support management mode,providing social support to ensure the healthy growth of rural children left behind which requires multilateral collaboration to form a pluralistic intervention system,three-dimensional,complementary.
