Countermeasures Of College Students Apartment Culture Construction From The Perspective Of Educational Ecology

Ecology of education is an interdisciplinary subject started in 1960s and 1970s, which applies the principles of ecology to pedagogical studies, providing a new perspective for researching education. In recent years, most researches on education with the ecology of education focus on the school ecosystem, and few of them involve the micro ecosystem —the classroom. The research shows that the theory of education ecology has important value for promoting the sustainable development of schools and improving the teaching quality of classroom, but there is no research on the micro-ecosystem of student dormitories.This thesis tries to research the students' dormitory culture in universities from the perspective of ecology of education. Starting from the definition of the core concept, analyzing and drawing lessons from previous research findings, it finds the ecological factors that affect the dormitory culture development based on questionnaire survey and interview and suggests the mechanism which facilitates the positive operation of the students' dormitory culture. Finally, it proposes a path of realization from the material, spiritual, institutional and behavior culture.The first part is the introduction, which includes the background, significance and comments of relevant researches in China and abroad. It also involves in the purpose, content, ideas and methods of this research. In recent years, with the economic development and social progress of China, people's awareness of protecting the ecological environment has become stronger and stronger. It analyzes the existing problems and discusses the strategies in building the students' dormitory culture in universities from a new perspective, which plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of micro-ecosystem of student dormitories.The second part is the basic concept and theoretical research, which are the theoretical support of this research. Firstly, starting from the definition of concept, it defines the culture, the campus culture and students' dormitory culture. Based on the theory of education ecology, group dynamics and Maslow's hierarchy of needs, it lays a theoretical foundation for proposing the countermeasures of building the students' dormitory culture.The third part is the empirical research. Taking the cases of Hunan Agriculture University, Hunan First Normal University, Changsha Normal University,Hunan Information University, the author analyzes the current situation of building the students' dormitory culture in universities and expounds the main problems existed in the building of the material, mental, institutional and behavioral culture in students'dormitory.The fourth part and the fifth part is the research on influential factors and countermeasures, which is the final purpose of this research. The ecology of education promotes the formation of the real path of the building of university students' dormitory culture. Under the guidance of education ecology theory, it analyzes the ecological factors that affect the development of university students' dormitory culture and puts forward some effective solution strategies, such as:establishing a harmonious dormitory culture concept, building beautiful dormitory culture environment, formulating good dormitory culture policy and advocating friendly dormitory culture behavior.The last part is the conclusion.The research shows that the building of students' dormitory culture is various and complicated, which is affected by the main factors, media factors and environment factors etc. This thesis, starting from the main factors that affect the dormitory culture, puts forward some strategies which promote individual development, bring along group coupling and facilitate the harmonious development of dormitory culture from the spiritual, material, institutional and behavioral culture in order to give reference for educational management departments.
