Since the "twelfth five-year",in such aspects as politics,economy and culture China has made remarkable achievements.Child protection and welfare also presents the fast development of the good situation,constantly improve child welfare policy and law.The child welfare policy around of "the Chinese child development compendium(2011-2020)" helped save many special children,promoted the well-being of children in China.During this period,our country of child injury,child abuse and child suicide problem is increasingly outstanding,only the bijie prefecture of guizhou happened just three years 4 major children's deaths.In November,2012,five of the 10 years old boy,was found dead in a municipal city in guizhou province bijie city in the box;In June 2015,in Qi Xing Guan Tian prefecture Kan township area four left-behind children committed suicide;In August,harmony county a 12 years old,a 14-year-old sister left-behind children were killed;18 November,seven duck pool area town village dam group a 9-year-old left-behind boy playing near the river was shock,died.Children's policies and regulations in the ascending children welfare.At the same time,the level of child injury events increasingly prominent is such a strange phenomenon,reflects the children concept penetration rate is still low,children's rights is still conscious in our country.In this paper,based on "community children comprehensive benefits and development of the pilot project" as an example,analysis the child welfare service project how to use social work values to design the service plan,implement the project plan and delivery of welfare services,to promote the comprehensive promotion of child welfare and child protection.This writing based on qualitative research methods of case study,to the project as the research object,through the program text information collection,sorting assessment interview material and refocus on interviews after collecting research data,finally USES the text analysis methods to analyze research data.Through to the project of children,child welfare,child development concept and children's social work ethics principle analysis,this article concludes that in the project reflects the social work values characteristics and the reason analysis,social work values in child welfare service project localization,project operation and social workers need to organization management,such as social work values to guide the conclusion.
