The Necessity And Feasibility Study Of Yoga Curriculum In Nursing Specialty Of Hebei Medical College

Medical nursing is given priority to with girls,nursing students on jobs requires nursing professional quality,professional knowledge and skills),certain legal consciousness,in addition to this nursing students cope with the pressure should also have the ability,interpersonal skill,compassion,certain physical quality.Yoga to cope with the pressure nursing students ability,interpersonal coordination ability,empathy,and physical quality has a unique role in promoting.So to explore the nursing professional courses in yoga has a certain practical significance.This research adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical analysis,logic analysis of hebei province medical nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges to carry out the feasibility of yoga classes are studied.Through research and analysis the following conclusions: 1 this study surveyed 70% nurses think jobs taking pressure,95% of the nurses thought that the occupation morality is very important,88.5% of the nurses thought that the nursing work should have a certain physical quality,94.1% of the yoga exercise experience of physical education teachers and nurses think that yoga has good effect on improving personal qualities.Hospital experts,nurses,physical education teachers to promote the comprehensive quality of nursing students have a higher degree of recognition.In addition,the development of yoga courses to adapt to the trend of nursing professional curriculum reform.It is necessary to carry out yoga courses in the nursing profession.2 Yoga history and culture provides cultural conditions for the courses of yoga,clinical research and results provide a foundation for the professional curriculum development experts,nursing professional teachers,physical education teachers have a higher degree of recognition for the hospital to carry out the feasibility of yoga curriculum in nursing specialty.The physical education teachers and nurses who have the experience of yoga are considered to have a positive role in promoting the development of yoga in the community.3 Hebei province higher vocational medical college nursing profession has the initial condition of teachers,yoga teachers also need further technical and theoretical training.In this research,we need to share the classroom with other programs,and we can buy the necessary equipment.87.8% of the students like yoga classes,73.7% of the students are willing to participate in the higher,the majority of students to understand the degree of yoga is low.It is feasible to offer yoga courses in nursing specialty.
