Teacher professionalization is the necessary trend of our country's teacher education reform and development. A research to this problem has great theoretical and practical significance. The thesis inquires deeply into our country's teacher professionalization in the level of system. The author firstly explores the definition and connotation of teacher's professionalization and introduces some theories of socialization of teacher profession so as to help us come to recognize teacher professionalization scientifically. Then the author makes a survey of the present condition and problems of our country's teacher professionalization by means of international comparative study. Based on this , the author gives some advice on how to promote our country's teacher professionalization to develop rapidly.The thesis consists of the preface and other 3 parts:Preface: This part is mainly about the significance , methods and the innovation of the study.Part one: Basic concept of teacher profession. This part mainly studies the concepts of vocation, profession and professionalization , and then this part some theories of socialization of teacher profession .Part two: The practice of teacher professionalization. This part introduces the practice and present condition of teacher professionalization of Britain , America, French, Japan and South Korea as well as of China.Part three: Opinions and measures. Based on definite contents of constructing our country's teacher professionalization, the author gives some advice on how to promote our country's teacher professionalization to develop rapidly.
