| Since the reform and opening up, go abroad, Gao Fu class, primary and secondary school counseling and other strong market demand, China’s education and training industry has sprung up rapidly. Service quality of training is the foundation of education and training institutions based on the market. The service quality of various types of education and training institutions in the training market is uneven, overall training industry service quality needs to be improved. While training teachers is the subject to provide training, training teachers of DS group have some problems in career management, some teachers do not have a clear plan for their own occupation career, the positioning is not clear, there is no reasonable understanding of their ability. This leads to high mobility of teachers, lack of initiative and enthusiasm, and teaching quality is uneven.This paper is based on human resources management, especially the occupation career planning theory based on the research results, combined with the actual situation of DS group training teachers, establish career management for the career development of training teachers. This paper mainly through questionnaire survey and interviews, face-to-face communication with respondents, to obtain the views and opinions of the interview questions for DS group training teachers, and human resource management of the existing problems in career management and reasonable suggestions. According to the respondents of the existing career management problems, based on analysis of data, analysis of current search of DS group career management problem, and designs the targeted solutions.This thesis combines the actual conditions of education and training industry, records and detailed analysis the various problems of teachers’ occupation career management, domestic and foreign occupation career management theory and the actual situation of the enterprise as the basis, combining with the practical application of knowledge, design a program of training teachers occupation career management. Optimization the occupation development channel of training teachers, designed the teacher occupation career management process, put forward the management emphasis and safeguard measures of each period of occupation career, build more systematic and perfect occupation career management scheme, in order to fill the blank of training teachers occupation career management of DS group and to provide talents guarantee for the long-term development of the school. And the relevant systems and methods are formulated to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme. |
