| Study of the current state of the college students has become the focus of the education work in colleges and universities, and students’ learning burnout is a key factor affecting their academic performance, studies have shown that: if there is a certain degree of college students learning burnout, so their academic performance, life,and the realization of the goal in life will be badly affected, greatly increased risk of engaging in illegal crime.As a professional college tennis special college students learning burnout problem also exists, in order to solve the problem of our school tennis professional college students’ learning burnout, reduce their level of learning burnout, to build a good learning environment, make tennis the sport can better in sports colleges and universities development and promotion is the main purpose of this study.In this paper in wuhan sports college tennis special student learning burnout phenomenon as the research object, using literature data method, mathematical statistics method, expert interview method, logic analysis and other research methods, know about wuhan sports college students’ learning burnout degree and the level of tennis.By participants in the learning theory course and specialized course, respectively analysis theory and professional technology of burnout and influence factors, but also on the learning burnout exists grade, gender, professional differences are studied, on the basis of this puts forward the strategies and methods.The results show that:(1)Wuhan sports college tennis special student learning burnout level is close to the medium level, on the misconduct, students scored the highest and lowest scoring low sense of achievement.(2) Different gender students in learning burnout problems reflect different individual differences, boys’ burnout level is higher than the girls.(3) Wuhan sports college tennis special undergraduate students of grade four students in the learning burnout as a higher grade and burnout level is more and more serious trend.(4)Tennis special graduate student learning burnout situation than undergraduate tennis special student wants light, tennis special students technology courses should be lighter than the degree of burnout theory.(5) Influence of wuhan sports college tennis special student learning burnout factors have employment factors, the major interest factors, school factors, individual factors, family factors, social factors and so on.Advice:(1)Subjects individuals should also play a role in trying to solve the subjective factors themselves produce learning problems, reduce the generation of misconduct,maintaining high personal accomplishment, and the psychology of optimistic, positive and confident.(2) Put the key to solve the problem of burnout in boys.(3) Find tennis special student burnout with grade, the more serious laws, by understanding each grade of burnout symptoms, treat targeted to solve the problem.(4) Tennis special undergraduate students in our hospital to occupy the vast majority, they tired representative to resolve the problem, should pay attention to their learning environment in technology, make full use of existing facilities resources,teachers play a variety of functions to improve their learning interest.(5)We will seriously affect our tennis special students produce a variety of factors of learning burnout, to strengthen our tennis special student’s professional technical and theoretical guidance, through various channels to the method of special students find their special technology. |
