Investigation On The Sports Behavior Of Female Teachers In Middle School Of Zibo City

Sports behavior is an activity mode which in a certain natural and social background.They are guided by an individual or group of values and contented there own need.The study shows that the way of physical behavior of health science has a lot significance for people to develop their body and mind.But for a long time, scientists pay more attention to the children, students, and working women’s health. They ignored the female teachers, especially the middle school female teachers.Survey shows that female teachers in middle school in Zibo city will be affected by the society, family, work and their own pressure.They have crisis of high incidence of disease and obesity and no time to do the exercise.At the same time, the female teachers’ life style and social way is becoming more and more single.There social circle are more and more narrow.So,it is difficult to meet their social needs.Sports are recognized as an effective way to improve health and relieve stress.Taking an active part in sports can help people to improve there physical and mental health.At the same time,sports also can reduce there psychological pressure,amplify social circle and enhance social adaptability.It means sports can help them to realize their all-round development.In this paper, the research object are female teachers in middle school in Zibo city.I am using the method of literature, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study.I combined the regional characteristics of Zibo city, population, economic development level,level of education and cultural foundation to study.I also analysand the sports space place, the time distribution, the project choice, the objective effect, the quantity and the expense custom characteristic.Then I summarize the form of sports behavior to help them keep balance between working and themselves.This provides a useful reference for healthy and positive sports behavior.
