It is an inevitable demand for the rapid development of modern vocational education to develop frustration education.It is not difficult to find in documents written by domestic and foreign scholars that the frustration education concerns many subjects like pedagogy,psychology and moral education,etc and different people have different theoretical researches on frustration education at all times all over the world.Although researchers' statements are not the same,their opinions of essence and connotation about the frustration education are similar.In recent years,some scholars started to study the practical exploration on frustration education.However,the research objects are mostly common education and researches on frustration education in secondary vocational schools are rare.By doing sampling survey on the frustration education status in Yantai XX Secondary Vocational School and combining with the theoretical research results on frustration education,the paper puts forward effective measures and methods on the current status of frustration education.The paper is composed of six parts:The first part is the introduction,explaining the research background and significance.It does literature review and determines thoughts and methods.The second part is concept analysis.It defines frustration,frustration education and the principle,which lay a theoretical foundation for the thesis.The third part takes Yantai XX Secondary Vocational School as the research object.It conducts the question survey and concludes the current status of frustration education in secondary vocational schools through comprehensive analysis of digitals,cases and interviews.The fourth part analyzes the problems and explains causes to these problems from four aspects.The fifth part is the practical research.It takes Yantai XX Secondary Vocational School as an example and conducts education practical research from aspects of renewal of educational concepts,criterion of team construction,excavation of class teaching and expansion of education forms,etc with theme of frustration education.The sixth part is the conclusion.It summarizes the whole thesis.It hopes that the paper can play a reference function in the frustration education in secondary vocational schools and appeal to the society to pay attention to the frustration education.As an educator in a secondary vocational school,I get to know the necessity and urgency to develop frustration education through practice and thinking during work and absorbing essence from theoretical research results of previous scholars.Based on the theoretical guidance of ideological and political subjects,the paper tries to conduct practical research on frustration education in secondary vocational schools with characters of frustration education in secondary vocational schools and to make contributions to cultivating excellent vocational talents.
