National Health and Family Planning Commission in 2014 4 issued the "national health literacy promotion action plan (2014-2020)", clearly put forward in the next period of a health literacy promotion objectives and tasks, and gradually carried out to improve the health literacy activities. Higher vocational college students is different from the ordinary college students, as a special group, the health literacy embodied in them is not only a kind of health requirements, but also reflect the actual reaction life background and the health of the individual bearing.ObjectThrough the construction of the questionnaire, choose vocational college nursing students as the research object, research the background information and health literacy survey, in order to understand the overall situation of the health literacy of vocational college nursing students; at the same time to understand the three dimensions of health literacy and the actual level of internal relations; through the background investigation, analysis of influencing factors in Higher Vocational Colleges of nursing students on health literacy; on the basis of the actual level of different research variables, find out the weakness of health literacy of nursing in higher vocational colleges, caused the concern of schools and society, to improve the vocational college nursing students of health literacy and health quality of vocational colleges to carry out intervention work to provide reference.MethodsThis study is based on the "2009 Chinese citizen health literacy questionnaire", the general demographic background survey of nursing students in Higher Vocational Colleges to join, a survey of health literacy and personal basic situation questionnaire investigation of the two sector.Prepared by the EXCEL function, the calculation of the required variables. SPSS was used to carry out statistical descriptive, cross tab, comparison of mean, single factor analysis and multiple factor analysis and other statistical analysis of the results of the precipitation. Descriptive analysis for higher vocational nursing students expressed relatively healthy literacy differences of different demographic characteristics based on; variance test was used for univariate analysis and presentation of health literacy and factors of three-dimensional; analysis of the relationship between health literacy and its different dimensions by using correlation; effective variables in univariate analysis processing, inquiry the influence factors of health literacy scores by multivariate regression model, and analyzed the results show.Results1.570 college nursing students in health literacy accounted for 28.9%; a health literacy concept for accounted for 27.7%; with a healthy lifestyle and behavior accounting for 20.9%; with health skills accounted for 36.3%. At the same time, the average of health literacy is 20.76 points, the concept of health literacy is 9.18 points, healthy lifestyle and behavior means 8.51 points, 3.07 points of the average health skills.2.The correlation analysis results showed that the correlation coefficient and the score of health literacy and health behavior, healthy lifestyle, health literacy skills knowledge were 0.889,0.661,0.796, a significant positive correlation. At the same time, there is a significant correlation between the dimensions.3. Through the comparison and analysis of variance test, it is concluded that health literacy, healthy lifestyle and behavior, health skills, and health literacy in different age and educational background have statistical significance (P value is 0.0000<0.05). In the horizontal comparison, the four scores of nursing students in higher vocational colleges were significantly lower than the age.4. Higher Vocational Colleges of different gender, family resident population, last year the average monthly income of family nursing students, health literacy, healthy lifestyle and behavior, health skills, health literacy knowledge scores were not statistically significant (P>0.05)5. The multiple regression, influence the educational background of health literacy, healthy lifestyle and behavior, health skills, age has an impact on the health literacy knowledge and influence population health life style and behavior of the number, and negative.
