Reading teaching in the primary stage of Chinese teaching, occupies an extremely important position, especially in the primary school (grade one or two). Reading aloud can not only help students to develop good language sense, but also help to improve listening and reading ability, and promote the formation of said, writing ability, but also helps to develop the students' intelligence level, enhance the humanistic quality, and ultimately cultivate interest in learning, improve the level of mandarin.At present, the status quo of reading teaching in primary school one or two is not optimistic. Kangbashi New District,Inner Mongolia,Ordos City, fourth primary school grade one or two reading teaching as an example, mainly uses the literature research method, questionnaire interview or questionnaire survey method and experience summary method to collect data, analyze data, we find the following problems: teachers, text reading ability needs to be improved, there is deviation of the students' emotion oriented reading evaluation the ability to improve, the lack of cultivation of consciousness of students reading ability; reading, learning ability is different, grasp the different reading skills; the environment, no professional training courses to read, read to understand dialect deviation, standard difference, lack of reading guidance materials, professional inspection and other measures less.In view of these problems, after analyzing the reasons, puts forward corresponding solving measures:teachers, paying more attention to reading experience and understanding, strengthen the reading training and guidance, improve the mechanism of reading and reading ability enhancement training evaluation consciousness; students to improve literacy, expand the reading quantity, increase the listening training read and make the game and help keep interest; the environment, to carry out targeted training of reading aloud, Mandarin language habits develop heavy propaganda to strengthen and actively reading awareness, enhance the curriculum's ability to understand, read aloud and compiling teaching books guide reading teaching design scheme of the reading teaching, etc.
