For a long time, educators try to bridge the teaching theory and the teaching practice. They has done a lot of effort to get some effective methods, one of which is the way to build a teaching pattern facility teaching theoretical knowledge and practical operation, and ultimately improve the quality of teaching. In this paper, based on the Chen county D primary school " three phases and nine links " teaching pattern as the research object, investigation and analysis of the status of implementation of the pattern, trying to make recommendations for improvement of the "there phases and nine links " teaching pattern."Three stages and nine phases " teaching pattern is one of the classroom teaching pattern Wangminqin harmonious teaching and classroom teaching will be divided into three stages of nine phases. The first stage, preparation stage, including the physical and psychological preparation as well as the knowledge preparation; the second stage, guidance stage, including the production target, self-discussion, art Jingjiang three phases; the third stage, the application evaluation stage, including the activation exercises, compliance testing, classroom summary, recommended operating four phases.In this study, according to the relevant teaching theory, using of questionnaires, interviews and observation, investigated teaching pattern teaching of the Cheng county D primary school " three phases and nine links " status and effectiveness. The main contents of the investigation, including teachers and school leaders'promote awareness of the attitudes and patterns of the pattern, " three phases and nine links " the scope of the teaching pattern, the implementation process, as well as the implementation effect.The survey found that teachers and school leaders are support for the promotion of the pattern, but the degree of support is different; the understanding of patterns exist deficiencies, especially the theory and understanding is not enough; self-study discussion link is difficult, the evaluation of the contents is single, teachers to developtheir own learning goals phenomenon is serious, the classroom to explain too much; in the promotion of the pattern achieved some success, but there is still room for improvement.In order to improve the situation, the author analyzes the causes of the problems, it is found that there are fewer learning opportunities and the lack of democracy in the management system, lack of teaching media equipment, teachers'education and teaching concept change is not thorough, self discussion link organization is improper.In view of these problems, the author puts forward the corresponding improvement measures:school should provide more learning opportunities for teachers, and equipped with the necessary teaching equipment, school also to improve the teaching management system, as well as the construction of school based teaching pattern; teachers should change their teaching concepts, improve their quality, organize students to self-study discussion, flexibility in the use of "three stages and nine phases " teaching pattern.
