Through the opinion poll research,badminton ranks the second place in the likeability of mass,after running,which is highly praised by most people.Badminton is becoming more and more prevailing in colleges,which not only enriches school life,but also makes life meaningful.Therefore,it is necessary to set up badminton class in universities.Nowadays,undergraduate only concentrate on playing itself,ignoring to master basic technology.This requires teacher's guidance,practical experience and environmental influence.Traditional teaching principle and teaching method fail to motivate students'interest.In teaching application,teachers are encouraged to utilize athletic psychology to explore and motivate intrinsic motivation;and make students become the protagonist.Only in this way can students master technical skills quickly."The trinity" teaching principle is entertaining,under teacher guidance,practical experience,environment influence and certain teaching props.Teachers should make full use of "trinity",which not only improve students' learning enthusiasm and initiative,but also improve the quality and efficiency of learning,making students really experience the fun of badminton,and guiding the students gradually form the thought of lifetime sports.In the process of learning basic skills,students change from passive study to active study,laying a solid foundation for lifelong sports idea and fully understanding the basic knowledge of badminton.This research used literature method,experiment method,observation method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,interview method,questionnaire method to investigate eight classes of undergraduate who study in 2014 grade in Business College of Shanxi University.Results as followed:(1)In ordinary colleges and universities badminton teaching,teachers use the "trinity" teaching method to encourage students to experience and turn passive learning to active learning,which not only stimulate students'interest in learning but also be able to get a good exercise of body and mind.(2)Applying the teaching principle of "trinity" into classes,not only brisk teaching atmosphere,but also let the students become active with pleasure,rediscovering basic skills in badminton and stimulating the enthusiasm of students to practice badminton.(3)After one semester of badminton course at Business College of Shanxi University,group one shows a significant progress in physical quality and psychological skills have obvious progress;while group two group has no obvious progress.(4)Doubts exist in the referee law,competition organization form and the classification of the tactics,which is of great help to cultivate students'badminton skill and confidence.In the teaching of university badminton,we aim to improve intrinsic interest of students.This paper integrates "trinity" teaching principle into the teaching of badminton class.We select eight classes of undergraduate who study in 2014 grade in Business College of Shanxi University as study object.On the basis of understanding and adopting "trinity" teaching principle,and on the basis of the teachers guiding,practical experience,environment edification,we verify the concept of "trinity" in ordinary colleges and universities.It turns out that "trinity" actively influences in badminton teaching,strengthens students' self-confidence,and improves the teaching quality and effect,which provides meaningful reference value to the development of badminton teaching in common colleges and universities.
