Research On Educational Caring And Its Implementation

Education is an interpersonal activity.so that it can’t exist without the care between people.Education is a career full of love and wisdom with educational caring,but in the reality,educational caring doesn’t play its proper role as we expected.This research mainly adopts literature and thinking method by exploring education theory and education practice.This Study attempts to explain the meaning of educational caring and reflect on current problems in the practice.It aims to talk about the implementation strategy of educational caring.In order to know the connotation of the educational caring clearly.this study first analyzes the connotation of caring.Caring is a kind of common emotion which caring each other,worrying about each other and willing to be responsibility of each other.This emotion leads to practical action and personal development.After knowing the connotation of caring, this research analyses the connotation of the educational caring.educational caring in this paper is a kind of caring emotion.In the narrow sense of school education, education emotion is the caring between educator and educatee which focus on the educator’s caring to the educatee;educational caring is actually a caring relationship. The caring relationship can set up or not depends on the educator’s appropriate expression and the educatee’s attitude,emotion response.educational caring can be divided into life care,spiritual care and personality care. Then this study found that the main problems existing in the education are the lack of solicitude and the alienation of educational caring by investigating current educating based on the reality.The causes for these are human absence in the field of education, inevitability of modern education utilitarian and the subtle influence of traditional culture.After knowing the connotation of the educational caring and thinking the reality investigation of educational caring,we attempt to establish the implementation strategy.educational caring can come true from revering students’ life, advocating humanistic care and shaping healthy personality three aspects.Revering students’ life includes activating health,intelligence and non-intelligence factors.Humanistic care covers respect,understanding and adoption. Shaping healthy personality requires that students should pursue truth and good,teachers should unify rational education and emotional education.Art education is the highest level of educational caring, educational caring covers love and wisdom.
