Sports Education Of Master Degree Of Satisfaction Research Based On SEM

Physical education satisfaction refers to physical sports postgraduate students' comprehensive evaluation to education service that colleges or universities offer to them,also is physical sports postgraduate's education satisfaction feedback to education background that they have accepted.At home,the research on physical sports postgraduate' education satisfaction is still in the early stage,all existing researches is characterized by vague definition,limited structure study and obsolete method and so on.This paper is based on a comprehensive study to education satisfaction at home and abroad,qualitative and quantitative methods are employed in this paper in order to have a systemic study to the definition structure characters and influence factors.Specifically,constructing structure dimension of physical sports postgraduate's education satisfaction according to literature analysis,questionnaires and so on.That is,using questionnaire,item study,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to constantly prove and revise structure dimension of Physical education satisfaction.At the same time,this paper works out “physical sports postgraduate's education satisfaction evaluation”which meets requirements of psychological measurement.This paper also exerts related analysis and structural equation to discuss the relationship between education satisfaction and its antecedents,that is,perceived quality,perceived value,postgraduate students' expectation,universities' image and its outcome variables,that is,postgraduate students' loyalty.It construct the structural equation model of physical sports postgraduate's education satisfaction and rich research its achievement in order to improve physical sports postgraduate's education satisfaction and improve physical sports postgraduate's education service quality and promote further development of academic institutions.The whole paper is divided into three part,based on structure of physical sports postgraduate's education satisfaction and formation of test scale,physical sports postgraduate's education satisfaction and its related factors to launch researches.We can have some conclusion,as follows:First,this paper constructs physical sports postgraduate's education satisfactionevaluation according to study former research achievement,forming physical sports postgraduate's education satisfaction formal evaluation by adopting program analysis and exploratory factor analysis to work out variable selection.Second,empirical research proves that students' satisfaction have directive and indirective influence on post graduate students' loyalty.Among all factors that influence physical sports postgraduate's education satisfaction,perceived quality is the most important factor,and second is perceived value,and university is the directive influence and general influence,second is education satisfaction,perceived value is the most important factor in indirective influence,and then is perceived quality.Using structural equation method research education satisfaction is not only improve to offer to channels for physical sports postgraduate to give feedback,but also to improve personnel training and have a profound significance to sustainable development of sports postgraduate personnel training.
