Since the university enrollment policy implemented in China mainland,the number of graduates increased year by year,up from 1 million 10 thousand in the year of 1999 to 7 million 650 thousand in 2016,at the same time,the number of new urban jobs vacancies are far from enough to digest the graduation population.Facing the downward pressure on the economy,the employment of college students has become a major difficulty to the society.The former indicator of employment rate can no longer measure the true quality of graduates’ employment situation.With the development of education quality and as time passes by,we should measure comprehensively the true quality of college students’ employment situation,thus to help society to fully understand the employment situation and help the college graduates with their occupation planning,to help universities recognize the key problems existing in the employment situation,and the figure out the solution to enhance the quality of college students’ employment,to truly promote the education reform,and develop a sustainable economy environment.In this paper,we took the report released by the Chinese Ministry of Education of their research on the China’s 75 universities as our research foundation,analyzed on the basis of previous research studies on the employment quality of college graduates,under the big background of international competition and the background of national innovation capacity competition,combined with China’s "public entrepreneurship,innovation" trend,we studied on the evaluation of the employment quality through existing reports review,experts consultation,we preliminary listed out one assessment method,with indicators to adjust college students’ employment quality,we based on 42 factors associated with the employment of college students,to design questionnaire,actual survey;using factor analysis method to analyze the collected data,to test the reliability and validity of the survey,extracted five main factors and named them as employment ability,salary and employment relationship,development platform,job satisfaction,innovation and entrepreneurship training.We further determined the five aspects as the main indicators of college students’ employment quality and provided our suggestion on the application of the evaluation system and suggested on how to build one efficient security mechanism.
