The Study On The Moral Education Countermeasures Of The Prevention Of Juvenile Delinquency

Juvenile delinquency is the standard to measure the minor's moral behavior.Since 2008,the number of juvenile delinquency in our country has been declining year by year,which reflects the steady increase of the minor's moral quality.But in recent years,the fact that the campus violence is frequent also reminds us that the moral condition of minors is far from what we imagine.Moral education is an effective way to improve the moral quality of minors.This paper is based on the theory of education,from criminology,law and ethics and other disciplines of knowledge,the concept of juvenile delinquency and moral education were defined,analyzed the characteristics of juvenile crime and the function of moral education,moral education is analyzed in the minor crime of the necessity and possibility,find out the existing problems and reasons of current moral education and put forward the moral education of minors crime prevention countermeasures.This paper consists of four chapters besides the introduction.The introduction mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,as well as the research ideas and methods.The first chapter is about the moral education countermeasures of juvenile delinquency prevention.It mainly defines the concept of juvenile delinquency and moral education according to the purpose of preventing juvenile delinquency.The second chapter discusses the necessity and possibility of moral education intervention in juvenile delinquency prevention.Punishment is an effective means of crime prevention.However,due to the multiple nature of crime,the penalty is limited.In addition,the penalty may also lead to many negative effects,and even lead to new crimes.In the case of juvenile delinquency,the vast majority of imprisonment penalty is short term imprisonment,and the penalty is more obvious.Moreover,due to the immaturity of the physical and mental development of minors,the effect of punishment on the news of minors may also play a role in generalization.Therefore,moral education is an effective means of preventing juvenile delinquency.The third chapter is about the current situation of minors' moral education.At present,the moral education of minors in our country has made great achievements,and the moral quality of minors has been improved.But there are also problems in the effectiveness of moral education,the problem is not strong.This is mainly caused by the deviation of the concept of moral education,the content of moral education is outdated,the moral education method is backward,the bad influence of the moral environment and the family,the school,the society has not formed the resultant force.The fourth chapter is about the moral education of juvenile delinquency prevention.The prevention of juvenile delinquency through moral education must strengthen the moral education of minors.To strengthen the moral education of minors,we must first change the concept of moral education,establish the main body status of minors and people oriented moral education concept.At the same time,it also has the rich content of moral education,the reform of moral education methods,and the optimization of the family,school and social environment of minor moral education.In addition,we should make full use of network technology to realize the benign interaction of family,school and society.
