Strengthen Schools' Moral Education, Prevention Of Juvenile Delinquency

The number of Chinese minor is 3.67 hundred millions.It is about 35 percent of Chinese population. From the end of 70's of the 20th century, the rate of Chinese minor crime is rising. Gradually, it becomes a serious social problem. The prevention and the reduction of minor crime is the key of settling crime problem. How to prevent minor's irregularity and crime is not only a lawful problem, but also a social problem. Minor who break the law cause trouble to other people. But at the same time, they are victims. The rising of the rate of minor crime does great damage to the public security. Preventing minor who is a student from committing crime, and reducing the rate of minor crime is positive for maintaining the stabilization of our society. The characteristic of minor's physiology and psychology, the bad factor of the family, school and social culture can greatly influence on minor crime. This paper mainly research on the lack of school moral education. It is also a very important factor that can lead to minor crime.Along with educative rectification gradually becomes the international main means of settling the minor crime, in order to prevent minor crime , as the important place of minor education, school's duty is heavy. The moral education of school is very important on preventing minor crime. All levels and all kinds of schools ought to strengthen and improve the moral education, especially heighten the pertinence and the validity of the more education, become the important place of cultivating minor's good behavior, become the firm position of preventing minor crime.cultivate young generation who has firm moral faith, healthy moral sensation and good moral habit.This thesis is directed by Lensim, Maosim Den xiao ping' s theroy thought of "the three representative " and scientific developing theroy.According to this paper,analyzed the importance of this issue,researched the actuality, the characeristic and the reason of minor crime, tried to pose some view on how to compose the school moral educative mechanism of preventing minor crime.This paper has five parts.
