Chemistry is a subject that research material composition,structure,properities and the change rules through atoms,molecules,ions and microscopic particle.Triple characterization thinking is the specific learning method of chemistry that guides teacher's teaching and student's learning and enrich the teaching method.Micro class as a product of modern mibile technology and the rapid development of network,it has obvious times and expansibility.This paper is guided by the theory of learning pyramid and select the related content of "REDOX reaction" to have the teaching design.It uses micro class' s characters of short,vivid and directed to display the research.Firstly,it describes the development background of triple characterization and micro class research,the concept of triple characterization,the character of micro class,using triple characterization theory to guide teaching content and the advantages of using micro class to display.Besides,on the based of analysis "REDOX reaction" content of high school,it discussed the feasible and design principle of using triple characterization to guide micro class teaching.In the form of micro class as show,it select the appropriate content to preview,understand and review the teaching design according to the using difference of before class,class and after class.Finally,it apply teaching design into teaching practice based on triple characterization of micro class.It divided into the experimental classes and regular pattern of the lesson to have a comparative classes teaching,after practice,it choose the relevant questions test and students' usage have a interview.The results indicates that the triple characterization model of micro class as an auxiliary means of classroom teaching,and it changed the teaching mode of the teachers and students study way,and try to improve the learning efficiency in a great extent.All in all,the triple characterization of learning style guide students to study the nature of chemical change from experimental phenomena,reaction principle and the essence of happening reaction change.It further deepen students understanding of macroscopic,microscopic and symbolic representation.It has a broad application space to improve teacher themselves and promote students' autonomous learning under the pattern of triple characterization teaching.
