Curriculum standards of the compulsory education,that was revised by Ministry of Education in 2011,requires teachers richness and diversity of teaching.And under the guidance of the teaching concept "student as the center",the process of classroom teaching is no longer monologue of teachers.It more emphasizes on the interaction,led by teachers,between teachers and students and focuses on the amount of time students participating in the classroom teaching.In order to meet the demand of students' development and realize the effective teaching,teachers must be in a certain class time make full use of limited resources to mobilize the enthusiasm of students.Although the new teachers of the primary stage have some knowledge of teaching theory,but they are not reach the designated position with limited experience.So the new teachers confront some problems in the time of classroom teaching management.This research,taking this as a starting point,on the basis of existing research results,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,and supplemented by observation method,analyses the present situation of new teachers in time management in the Inner Mongolia area,finds out the existing problems,explores the reasons and puts forward the improvement strategies.The researcher hopes to help new teachers improve teaching time management and gives contribution to the professional development of the regional teachers.This study consists of five parts.The first part is the problems and mainly explains the background of the research,the literature review,the purposes and meanings of the research,the concept definition and the theoretical basis.The second part is the research methods.The third part is the investigation of the present situation,that mainly focuses on the statistical analysis and differential test of new teachers' classroom teaching time management in primary schools.The fourth part is the problems and the reason analysis.Through the study the researcher finds that new primary school teachers in the classroom time management have the following problems,such as ignoring the limitations of classroom teaching time,ignoring theteaching effect,ignoring the time factor in the teaching design,grasping the best time domain difficultly and wasting time.Then analysises the causes of the problems.The reasons is that the new teachers of the primary school are lack of time management and educational wit,time management is not reasonable,teaching ability is insufficient and time management is conditioned by classes size.The fifth part is the solutions combined with the actual to solve above problems: the first is to optimize the awareness of classroom teaching time management;the second is to do well in planning of the pre-class teaching;the third is to monitor the teaching time scientifically and reasonably;the forth is to take advantage of the educational wit to adjust the time;the fifth is to grasp the learning and carry out targeted time management.
