Now people have generally realized the importance of emotional management,and the research results of emotional management in the field of management are increasing day by day.In contrast,there are few researches on emotion management in the field of education,especially on teachers.Nowadays,quality education is carried out in our country,and the quality of classroom teaching has been paid more attention.However,the factors that affect the quality of classroom teaching are complex and diversified.For example,the emotional management of teachers in the classroom is a major factor.Therefore,based on the classroom emotional management of primary school teachers in Binhai New Area,this paper will understand the overall situation of primary school teachers in Binhai New Area in Tianjin through questionnaires,summarize and summarize the problems and causes of their management after scientific analysis of the data,and further explore how to improve their emotional management effect,so as to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching And quality.According to the current situation of emotion management in the educational field,this paper combs and integrates the information and literature about emotion management,and combines with the interview results of primary school teachers,and specially compiles the questionnaire on the current situation of emotion management in classroom teaching of primary school teachers.From the four dimensions of emotion control in classroom organization,emotion control in classroom evaluation,self emotion control of teachers and emotion control of students,this paper makes a study on Tianjin The current situation of classroom emotional management of three primary school teachers in Binhai New Area was investigated,and the statistical analysis of the survey data was carried out by SPSS data analysis software,and the following results were obtained:1.Based on the existing prediction questionnaire,the formal questionnaire of this survey was obtained by means of screening items and analyzing exploratory factors,and the homogeneity reliability,retest reliability,structure and content validity of the questionnaire were verified in time.The verification results show that the reliability and effectiveness of the questionnaire are good,which can be used to evaluate the current situation of classroom emotional management of primary school teachers.2.In primary school teachers' classroom emotion management questionnaire,there are four aspects: first,classroom organization emotion regulation;second,classroom evaluation emotion regulation;third,self emotion regulation;fourth,students' emotion regulation.3.The results of this questionnaire show that the overall situation is good,and there are obvious differences in age,gender,professional title,teaching age and education background.It is concluded that: in terms of gender differences,male teachers' classroom emotional management is not as good as female teachers;in terms of age and teaching age differences,young and short-term teachers are not as good as old and long-term teachers' classroom emotional control;in terms of professional title differences,teachers with low professional titles can better control classroom emotions than those with high professional titles;in terms of academic degree differences,teachers with high academic degrees can better control classroom emotions;in terms of educational differences,teachers with higher education have more advantages in classroom emotional management.
