Research On Cultivation Of Local Universities Characteristics From The Perspective Of Organizational Evolution Theory

With the development of the process of popularization of higher education,local universities rapid rise to become the main force in higher education.But the local university in the development process also appeared a lot of problems,the most prominent is the homogenization.Therefore,taking the road of development is the first task of local universities to get rid of the plight of homogeneous development.Although school characteristics has become a hot topic of research in higher education,but many studies on domestic university or school characteristics describe features limited results or provide information about the status of recommendations.But from the perspective of organizational evolution,school characteristics is a long-term system development issues rather than overnight things.This paper puts forward the long-term connotation of the characteristics of college education.Among fostering university characteristics in local university is an important issue of concern.Based on the exploration of this problem,this paper takes a local university in Shandong as an example to analyze and think about the cultivation of university characteristics from the perspective of organizational evolution theory.Organizational evolution theory provides the analytical framework for the cultivation of school characteristics.First of all must be clear their own school history and the existing school resources is the school school characteristics of the formation of the border;Secondly,they can imitate and draw on the successful local universities with the same level and result.The paper selects three representative local universities in developed countries as the reference for the case cultivation strategy;And finally to determine the characteristics of Linyi University school ideas and goals.
