Research On The Cultivation Of Athletic Reserve Talents In Ganzhou District

Athletics reserve personnel training is the source of the sustainable development of athletics.Reserve personnel training in a certain extent determines the athletics ability and sustainable development for a long time.Ganzhou region as the "township of the track and field" has made a great contribution to the development of our country athletics by conveying a batch of another batch of athlete.This article uses the literature review,questionnaire investigation,interview investigation method,on-the-spot investigation method,mathematical statistics and other research techniques and methods to investigate sports schools,coaches and players in the traditional track and field school.It also investigates from the basic situation of ganzhou district athletics reserve personnel,status of the coach team,the training and competition,training,security and so on.At the same time,I also interview ganzhou district sports bureau and the bureau of education related leaders,which is conducive to the further understanding of the ganzhou district athletics reserve personnel training present situation.The finding are as follows:1.Ganzhou district athletics reserve personnel training has already begun to use the “ combination sports with education” mode.But sports system is still the mainstream,education plays little role in it.2.Ganzhou region with unique geographical environment created a batch of players with good physical quality and diligence.Meanwhile it has a deep red humanity social environment to cultivate a large number of honest and industrious in track and field coaches.3.The overall situation of coaches in this area is good.But the age structure is aging.More than 46 years old coaches are composed of 40% among the all coaches,at the same time,proportion of male and female coaches are not reasonable.Male coaches accounted for 80%,only 20% female coaches.4.Ganzhou district athletics reserve talented person quantity showed a trend of rising year by year.But the coaches selection range is relatively narrow,which is more concentrated in the city area.The ways for the selection of coaches are still the traditional methods,to some degree,it lacks science and rigorousness.5.The attitude and performance of coaches to participate in job training is overall good,but they don't have sufficient training times.In addition,job training form is too simple and it is directionless.These are the two main problems for coaches training.6.Ganzhou district reserve athletes of track and field team is in a good situation,but the training motive is not clear,and sports level also needs to be improved,especially the high level athletes.7.The chance to take part in competition is very little,especially the chance to take part in the above provincial level competition is less,which is is easy to reduce the enthusiasm of athletes training.8.The equipment in some traditional sports school is generally good,but some ofthe primary school training conditions are not optimistic.They are aging and seriously damaged.9.Some traditional sports schools can't attract social organization sponsor and they rely on government financial allocation too much.They have single funding sources,and can't form the socialization,marketization road,so they can't fully satisfy reserve talent team construction.
