Research On The Management Status And Countermeasures Of Track And Field Teams In Higher Vocational Colleges In Sichuan Province

In 1980s, some colleges and universities and higher vocational colleges set up sports teams, improved the cultural accomplishment of sports talents, enrich the sports talents of all-round talents, task for the completion of the college sports and domestic and international major competitions to prepare the conditions, establish the tangible selection base for the national sports, initially established the sustainable development of competitive sports and a foundation for the smooth implementation of the National Olympic honor plan. Chengdu Textile College as a higher vocational college in Chengdu city Sichuan province is a member of the group of track and field team, which has a long history. The track team in this college has always been participating in match of provincial college students and vocational college, its recruit mode and training mode have certain representativeness in higher vocational colleges and universities of Sichuan province.So this paper takes Chengdu Textile College for example to explore the present situation of the track team training in higher vocational college of Sichuan province. This article mainly uses the literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method to learn about present situation of the track and field training in Chengdu Textile College and to carry on the statistical analysis of the higher vocational college training means by using the mathematical statistics method, to find the track and field team training method consistent with the higher vocational college in Sichuan province, which provides the reference for the basic research and training. The significance of this study includes: First of all, through the research on the track and field team of Chengdu Textile College, the case study of the track and field team in higher vocational colleges of Sichuan province is enriched. Secondly, the author analyzes the reasons behind the achievements of Chengdu Textile College in the last few years, summing up the operating mechanism of track and field team training and reasonable measures taken, and finding out the shortage of track and field team training, to provide some theoretical support for the future training of track and field team in Sichuan province. At the same time, it also provides a reference for the training of the track and field team in higher vocational colleges of Sichuan province, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of the track and field team in higher vocational colleges in Sichuan province and the improvement of the performance of the team.
