Faculty training through the cultivation and training of university teachers to participate in activities,improve their professional level and teaching ability,and help them to strengthen the teacher's ethics,realize frontier knowledge,improve the scientific research ability,enhance academic exchange in the process of training,so that it can wholeheartedly into the education career.Colleges and universities have an obligation to on-the-job teachers to carry out targeted training,help them to develop a career plan,make them through vocational training and life-long education,gradually acquired education and professional knowledge in practice to improve teaching quality,become a professional education workers.As a main method to realize teacher specialization,teacher training has gained more and more important research meaning,after teacher specialization has been extensively recognized in educational circle.As a result,the exploration of a feasible teacher training mode is a powerful guarantee for constructing teacher's professional ethics,advancing teaching level and promoting teacher's professional discipline.Based on the deep analysis of Inner Mongolia medical university as an example,put forward the problems of Inner Mongolia medical university faculty training.At the same time,the advanced experience of faculty training in colleges and universities at home and abroad for reference,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.The mind of the idea to work from the school teacher training,design,planning and implementation of etc,the more fundamentally reform the faculty training model,we must want what the teachers want,and try our best to give them the superior training.Also work for local colleges and universities faculty training in China to provide the new train of thought to solve the problem.There are four parts in this article: the first part describes the research purpose,meaning and related articles and method;the second part puts forward the definition of relecant terms and basic research theory;the next part deeply explores the current condition of teacher training in Inner Mongolia University as well as its problems and possible causes;the last part provides some corresponding reaction and solution to current teacher training in local university and college.
