Research On The Current Situation Of Track And Field In Jinan Middle School

Track and field as the mother of movement.To the development of sports skill and physical quality is always significance.In recent years,with the sunlight sports,happy sports,football,campus basketball sports popularization and promotion,fewer and fewer students engaged in track and field sports.According to the kn.owledge such as pedagogy and school sports study,This study uses statistics methods such as field observation,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics to investigate and analysis junior high school track and field sports present situation investigation in Jinan city.The results showed that the age structure more reasonable,teachers as the backbone of middle-aged and young,but gender structure is unreasonable,relatively few women teachers.Most of the teachers knowledge update not in time,lack of innovation ability,do not have a high level of scientific teaching methods and means and scientific research ability is weak.Athletic field,basic can satisfy the requirements of teaching equipment but when facing the extracurricular activities and training of competition,there still has slightly insufficient.The track and field course lacks of interest,teaching content is too old and boring to inspire the student to the track and field sports enthusiasm.Coaches training ideas,eager,and level of training time not neat,lack of professional knowledge theory and sports technical ability.Because of lacking of covered court,extracurricular athletics activities have been severely affected by the climate,site,equipment and time.Further study found that the main factor of restriction of jinan city high school track and field sports have a leading factor,teacher factor,student factor,track and field sports safeguard condition factors,teaching content,management training and competition.The author finally to jinan in the present situation of high school track and field sports,the problems exposed by the high school track and field sports coping strategies were put forward and pay equal attention to,for teaching and scientific research in physical education teachers and the comprehensive ability to track and field coaches,training the comprehensive ability to use knowledge and innovation ability of teachers and strengthening the teachers’ learning to improve there academic level.To update the ideas and teaching conception of teachers in case to implement the new way of teaching.Form a standardized,scientific management system,track and field training,establish a more perfect management system.Intensify efforts to develop extracurricular activities of track and field.
